Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Operators to join the production team at Harrier in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity to start immediately with full training provided. No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
You'll play an important role in ensuring high-quality printed photo products are carefully checked, packaged and prepared for despatch. This temporary position offers the potential for ongoing work depending on performance and business needs.
Key Duties:
- Log products off the system by scanning barcoded order information.
- Carry out quality checks on finished products.
- Pack customer orders with care and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing and manual handling.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Positive, reliable and team-oriented.
- No previous experience required - full training provided.
Hours and Pay:
- Day shifts: 7am - 7pm (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday | Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
- Night shifts: 10.30pm - 7am, Sunday to Thursday.
- Pay rates: 12.21 per hour (days) | 14.65 per hour (nights).
- Enhanced weekend rates available.
