We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and ensure smooth operations.
What You'll Be Doing:

Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations and supporting the team

Allocating tasks and monitoring performance to meet deadlines and KPIs

Ensuring parcels are processed accurately and efficiently

Overseeing compliance with all health & safety regulations

Leading, motivating, and coaching team members

Liaising with management to address operational needs and improvements
What We're Looking For:

Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Excellent punctuality and reliability

A good understanding of health & safety practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
