A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Team Manager for a company in the Devon area.
With no day ever being the same the Engineering Manager role offers an opportunity to work with a leading manufacture company and offers career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop engineering and maintenance teams
- Drive asset reliability, continuous improvement, and safety compliance
- Provide technical expertise in automated manufacturing
- Coach engineers and apprentices to build capability
- Lead diagnostics, fault resolution, and prevention
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Multi-discipline engineering qualification (HND/degree or apprenticeship)
- FMCG experience with automated systems
- Strong fault-finding and asset care knowledge
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Understanding of OEE and reliability best practices
