Administrator – Part-Time

gap personnel Exeter are recruiting for an Administrator on a temporary basis with an immediate start. You will be providing general administration support and delivering a wide range of work to support the Engineering Manager.

As an Administrator your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to an internal team.
  • Updating data on internal systems and spreadsheets
  • General data management.
  • Filing.
  • Dealing with enquiries.

About You:

  • Previous experience in administration. (essential)
  • Able prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Problem solver an ability to think laterally and innovatively.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.

Working Hours & Pay:

  • Hours: 20 hours Monday to Friday, to be arranged at the time of your interview.
  • Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly

Key skills; Office Administration, Customer Service, Microsoft, Data Entry.

Successful candidates will be pro-active team workers, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
