A brilliant opportunity to work for a family run air conditioning contractor in South Devon.They are very well known in the area for their air conditioning and heat pump services and are well established. They are a well funded, safe, sturdy, secure, an all round great air conditioning company to work for who look after their engineers. Also there is no call out rota to make sure their engineers get a better work / life balance.
Due to expansion they are recruiting for an air conditioning Operations Manager, you will be:-
- Based from their office in South Devon near Torquay Monday to Friday
- Helping the current managing director with tasks such as sales, site surveys, quotes, business development, HR issues, recruitment, supplier and client negotiations and staff training (4 engineers)
- Working with clients such as offices, hospitals, schools, council buildings, shops and also some domestic clients
Skills Needed to be an air conditioning operations manager:-
- Living around the south Devon Area – travelling distance to their office near Torquay
- A background in the air conditioning industry – this can be from an operation, sales, projects or tools background
- Ideally a managerial or supervisory background in air conditioning but they can give someone additional training
