About the Role:As a Photograph Operator, you'll be part of a fast-paced production environment, responsible for creating high-quality printed photo products. From operating machinery to quality checking, your role will directly impact customer satisfaction.
This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term or ongoing work depending on performance and workload.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor digital photo printing machines.
- Quality check finished prints for colour, clarity, and defects.
- Pack customer orders with care and accuracy.
- Move printed materials between machines and departments.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit - comfortable with standing and manual handling.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented.
- No prior experience required - full training provided.
- Day Shifts (12 hours | 7am - 7pm):
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Repeat rotating pattern.
- Night Shifts (8.5 hours | 10:30pm - 7am):
- Sunday to Thursday.
- £12.21 per hour for day shifts (with enhanced weekend rates).
- £14.65 per hour for night shifts.
- Weekly pay.
