Are you an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in your career and move up into a Lettings Manager role? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Manager based in the picturesque town of Newton Abbot, Devon with a basic salary up to £32,500 plus commission. Our client is a well-established, locally renowned independent Estate & Letting Agency. They pride themselves on their deep understanding of the local market and their commitment to excellent customer service.In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, property management and providing invaluable support to landlords and tenants alike. What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings.
  • The ability to manage a small team and conduct staff training
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Local area knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ARLA qualification is a plus, but our client is happy to support you in becoming qualified

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive salary of £30-32,500 plus commission so on target earnings £35-38,000
