We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Manager based in the picturesque town of Newton Abbot, Devon with a basic salary up to £32,500 plus commission. Our client is a well-established, locally renowned independent Estate & Letting Agency. They pride themselves on their deep understanding of the local market and their commitment to excellent customer service.In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, property management and providing invaluable support to landlords and tenants alike. What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in residential lettings.
- The ability to manage a small team and conduct staff training
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Local area knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ARLA qualification is a plus, but our client is happy to support you in becoming qualified
