Our client is a large firm of property agents covering sales, lettings and new homes, located in the South West. They are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to work on a full-time basis Monday to Friday, based in their Newton Abbot office with on target earnings of up to £40,000 pa.Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Generation and cover for Market Appraisals where required (a Lettings Lister is in place)
- Tenancy Preparation including Legal Documentation
- Lettings Compliance including EPCs, EICRs and GSC renewals
- Deposit Return and Negotiation including dispute resolution
- Rent processing and Lettings Accounts
- Oversee Tenancy Management processes e.g. periodic property inspections and reporting to landlords
- Serving Section 21, Section 8 and Section 13 notices, along with providing advice on each notice
- Manage the Lettings Team and oversee their roles and responsibilities
About You:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or an exceptional Assistant Lettings Manager
- Proven track record of achieving targets, increasing new business and income
- Sound legal knowledge and experience in managing a vast and complex portfolio
- Motivated to progress and develop.
- Good attention to detail
- Holds full UK driving licence.
- Willing to work across different locations

As well as competitive salary of £25,000 and an OTE in the region of £35-40,00 our client offers mileage and expenses in addition to 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
