- Winner of Numerous Prestigious Hotel Awards, here youll manage an Incredibly Talented Front of House Team, ensuring that the Restaurant maintains itsOutstandingReputation as one of the Premier Destination Dining Venues in the South-West!

- Youll be responsible for helping to implement relevant systems and processes which will help ensure consistent staff performance, as well as identifying areas that need attending to and actioning those improvements.
