Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Automotive Fitters for a well-established and growing automotive company in the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for cars and vans to join a supportive team, working on new vehicle conversions tailored for mobility access.
Role Overview:
Strip and refit new vehicles to bespoke customer specifications
Use of hand and power tools essential
Work within a team to meet deadlines and quality standards
Training provided with potential for long-term career development
Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
40 hours per week + overtime paid at time and a half
Pay rate: 12.24 per hour
Requirements:
NVQ or Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 1, 2, or 3)
Previous experience using hand tools
Strong interest in automotive or mechanical work
A good work ethic and willingness to learn
