The Recruitment Bunker are recruiting exclusively for an Office Administrator for a leading automotive company with stunning build workshops based in Newton Aycliffe and Darlington.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the business
- Liase with the Purchasing and Accounts team
- Document Management
- Call handling – be the first point of contact and managing the office phone lines
- Handle all telephone enquiries from customers, suppliers, staff, and more and direct them to the correct department
- Dealing with purchase requisitions and provide admin support to purchasing team where required
- Ensure employees are submitting their timesheets, vehicle safety check sheets, fuel receipts and following procedures set by the business
- Support and carry out any other ad hoc admin duties, as and when required.
Essential Skills
- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel proficient
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Desire to make positive impact at work – e.g., suggesting process improvement, offering to help others
- Must have IDLR/Full Rights to Work in UK - Sponsorship or Work Permits will not be accepted/ provided.
