Job Description
GEM Premium People are working in partnership with Husqvarna Group, the world leading producers in outdoor power products, including chainsaws, trimmers, garden tractors and home to the innovative market leading Robotic Lawn Mower. Reporting directly to your Team Leader, as a Machine Operator you will be a vital member of the production team.
Duties
Perform a wide range of inspection tasks, whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency
Follow standard operation guides whilst using air machinery to assist you in your role
Work in a production environment, the role will involve long periods of standing, with elements of manual handling.
Work within a fast paced, demanding, team orientated environment, aiming to achieve and exceed targets.
Have a positive attitude and be able to quickly adapt to change.
Working in accordance with health and safety directives and to standard operating procedures
Quality checking and labelling of finished product
General housing keeping duties
Quality checking to a higher standard
Packing of parts
Required knowledge, skills or experience
Have a can-do attitude
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Flexible

Location: Newton Aycliffe
Hours of work:
Twilight Mon Thurs 16:30pm 23:00pm
On a Friday 14:30pm 21:30pm
Rates of pay:
£12.21 per hour
