A highly respected children's care provider is seeking a Mobilisation Operations Manager to oversee the successful launch and growth of new residential services in the North-East region.

As Mobilisation Operations Manager, you will lead on the planning, delivery, and operational setup of new children's residential homes. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure services are compliant, well-staffed, financially sound, and deliver the highest standard of care from the outset.

You will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations and play a key role in shaping exceptional care environments and outcomes for young people with complex needs.

Candidates for this Mobilisation Operations Manager position should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in residential childcare, supporting young people with complex needs
  • At least 4 years in a management role with a proven track record in leading care teams
  • In-depth understanding of OFSTED regulations and children's care frameworks
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident in managing budgets, safeguarding processes, and compliance requirements
  • Full UK driving licence required
