What You'll Be Doing-
Deliver insightful commercial analysis of monthly management accounts, managing cost centres effectively.

Contribute to the production of accurate and timely monthly accounts for the UK&I business.

Generate, analyse, and explain key reports that reflect performance and financial health.

Prepare month-end P&L reports for Finance Business Partners.

Conduct reconciliations and variance analysis on key trading balance sheet accounts.

Partner with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Support audit processes at half-year and year-end for the UK&I entities.

Collaborate across the finance function to enhance team success.

Drive personal development through ongoing training and upskilling.

Challenge and improve current processes and internal controls.

Review transactions before and after month-end to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Handle ad hoc analysis and queries as required by senior finance leadership.
