Salary: £13.50 - £14.00 ph DOE + Holiday Pay

Location: Newton-le-Willows

Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

Contract: 2-3 weeks temp

What you'll do:

As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations within the organisation. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing invoices, responding to queries, and performing various administrative duties. You'll be instrumental in supporting the team as they navigate through the transition to the new SAP system. Your ability to manage and reduce invoice backlogs will contribute significantly to the efficiency of our financial processes.

* You will be responsible for sending out copies of invoices.

* Your role will involve monitoring the inbox regularly.

* You will be expected to respond promptly and professionally to queries regarding invoices.

* Adhoc administrative duties will also fall under your remit.

* You will play a key role in supporting the team during the transition to the new SAP system.

* Managing and reducing the backlog of invoices will be one of your main responsibilities.
