SJC Partners have been mandated by an award-winning real estate private equity business, who specialise in identifying, acquiring, and managing high-potential real estate assets, to recruit a talented and highly ambitious Investment Analyst to help shape investment strategies via financial modelling.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential real estate investments.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior investment professionals to assess risks and returns on potential acquisitions.
  • Support the ongoing management of existing portfolio assets through financial performance analysis.
  • Stay informed of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments.
  Applicants should be a recent graduate in quantitative/STEM discipline with strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills.  Some form of relevant work experience (investment analysis, real estate finance, or private equity) would be beneficial but not an absolute pre-requisite – applications are welcome from high calibre individuals straight from academia.  This represents an outstanding opportunity for a graduate with strong modelling and analytical skills to shape front line investment strategy for an award-winning real estate investment business.
