Reed Marketing & Creative are collaborating with a rapidly growing business in search of a Product Manager to enhance their exceptional growing marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving excellence in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including product setup, launch scenarios, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Work closely with Global Product Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive product success.
Understand customer needs deeply to identify necessary product modifications or resources to enhance the customer experience.
Monitor the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Optimise pricing, margins, and forecasts to meet market demands in the UK and internationally.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to support customer adoption and satisfaction.
Manage the product lifecycle, including coordinating software and firmware releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product launches.
Strong understanding of product management processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Planner, SugarCRM and PowerBI.
Be resilient, go-getting and willing to push back against Stakeholders to progress with your timelines

In return you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 plus a luxurious Benefits package with development to grow in a Global Market Leader! This role will be a hybrid role where you will need to be onsite 1 day a week for Weekly meetings and this is non-negotiable!
