Shifts: Monday - Friday 06:00am starts, average 8-10-hour shift pattern
Pay Rate: 15.21 per hour

Manpower is hiring on behalf of our national client for HGV Drivers, working on a Full-time basis in Normanton, WF6 1RW.

Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering and installing white goods such as fridges, printers etc with a driver's mate to locations including banks and prisons.
• 10 to 12 drops per day
• Drive Class 2 vehicles for local and regional deliveries
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintains compliance with VOSA standards
• Use handheld scanners for tracking deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Ensure excellent customer service during each drop-off or collection

What you need to succeed with our client:

• Valid Class 2 license
• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card
• No more than 6 penalty points on your license and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
• Multidrop delivery experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
• A can-do attitude
