Print Account Manager

Normanton - Site based predominatly with 1 day from home

£40,000 - £45,000

Hays are working with a growing business based in Normanton who are looking for an experienced Print Account Manager to work with them. The role with be to manage key accounts aswell as having people management responsibilities for a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of orders and campaigns
  • Collaborate across departments, including Sales, CSD, and Finance
  • Navigate internal systems (training provided)
  • Source products from our established print supply base
  • Grow and develop key accounts
  • Provide profitability-driven print management solutions
  • Handle product-specific queries from customers and internal teams
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by management

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Proven experience in print production (essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A team player eager to develop new skills and contribute to team success
  • Strong customer service and account development track record
  • Willingness to enhance customer-facing abilities
  • Confidence to engage directly with customers if required
