Print Production Packer

Location: Normanton (WF6 1TD)Salary: circa £26,500 inclusive of shift allowance

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Production Packer. You’ll be based at our site on Normanton Industrial Estate, a short drive from junction 31 of the M62. Onsite parking is available.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The key focus of your role is to handle finished goods at the end of the print production line and pack the finished product into boxes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

This role involves a lot of manual handling so we are looking for someone that is used to this type of work and enjoys it. You will be experienced at packing finished product efficiently, yet carefully, and this will ideally have been gained within a production environment.

You will be IT literate and able to use email (Outlook) and if you also possess a counterbalance forklift truck license that would be beneficial. If you don’t have this forklift truck license however, then we just ask that you are willing and able to undertake training if required to do so.

You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent team working capability, a proactive and flexible approach to work, good verbal communication skills and a great 'can-do’ attitude.

WORK DAYS AND HOURS:

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week usually worked on a split shift of 6-2 / 2-10.
