We're representing a long-established manufacturing business seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead a small team and own the finance function.

You'll handle month-end, ledgers, cash flow, and margin reporting - but more importantly, use those numbers to influence operational and strategic decisions. You'll also ensure their ERP system delivers real insight.

Reporting to senior leadership, you'll have autonomy to shape finance and the potential to progress to Finance Controller in the future.

What you'll need:

Manufacturing experience - essential
Proven track record using financial insight to support business decisions
Experience leading a small finance team
Strong control, process, and operational finance knowledge
Confident with ERP/reporting systems
Qualified accountant or QBE - ability matters most
