Join Our Food & Beverage Team

We are currently seeking someone with passion and energy to be part of the management team in our Food & Beverage operation.

The ideal candidate will work directly under our F&B Manager to ensure standards of customer care for our Members and Guests, staff performance and health & safety are maintained in the bar and restaurant areas of the Clubhouse and Events Functions.

What you'll be doing in this role:
  • Consistently Delivering an excellent Member and Guest experience.
  • Overseeing the Food and Beverage operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Taking ownership and leading relationship building with team members, Members and Guests.
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Assisting with the recruitment, management, training, and developing of the F&B Team.
  • Working within budgeted guidelines.
  • Assisting in setting and achieving departmental targets and objectives, work schedules and policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with key departments within the business.
  • Deputising for the F&B Manager in their absence.
  • Ensuring all financial targets and reports are met and maintained.
Who are we looking for:
  • Several years of experience, working in a managerial or supervisory position in a similar, fast-paced style of operation.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations as well as being able to Consider Whats Next.
  • Strong commitment to service standards and product quality.
  • Positive attitude with hardworking and consistent attitude putting Customer needs First.
  • A flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
  • Good organisational skills with an attention to detail.
