With over 40 fire professionals in their Kent head office, and 100+ across the UK, this consultancy delivers expert fire safety solutions across the residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors for both private and public sector clients.



The Senior Fire Engineer's Role

The Senior Fire Engineer will lead small to medium-sized projects, working closely with internal and external design teams to develop, review, and implement fire strategies.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects while contributing to complex fire engineering solutions across a range of building types.



The Senior Fire Engineer Will Have?

Qualifications:

  • An Engineering Council accredited
  • Associate of IFE
  • BSc or MSc in Fire Engineering

Skills and other:

  • Formed a plan to become Chartered with a body such as the Engineering Council.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and design standards
  • Demonstrate expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling and analysis for smoke movement.
  • Develop and utilise additional computer modelling software, such as CFAST, Pyrosim and Pathfinder, to provide alternative fire engineering solutions.
