RPS Recruitment are exclusively partnering with NMB Minebea, a global leader in precision manufacturing and engineering excellence, to support their continued growth at their Lincoln facility. We’re seeking a Performance Analyst to join their dynamic Production Department — an integral role focused on planning, performance improvement, and operational excellence.

About the Role

As a Performance Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of production performance, ensuring factory-wide throughput and workflow are optimised across all sections. This is a varied, fast-paced position where analytical thinking meets hands-on teamwork — ideal for someone who thrives on continuous improvement and enjoys influencing performance at every level.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Planning and monitoring daily production performance across the factory.
  • Tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and implementing improvement measures.
  • Collaborating closely with production teams to ensure quality standards and output targets are achieved.
  • Conducting performance reviews and updating skills matrices based on real-time data.
  • Supporting management with accurate, timely performance reporting and insights.
  • Engaging, motivating, and developing team members to drive continuous success.

About You

We’re looking for a dependable and proactive professional with a keen eye for performance, data, and process improvement. You’ll combine strong organisational and people skills with a drive for excellence.

Desirable

  • NVQ in Engineering Manufacture / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship.
  • Management qualification.
  • GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C or above).
  • Computer literacy, ideally with formal training or certification.
