?? What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading site operations and managing day-to-day activities across a range of civil engineering projects
- Ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are met
- Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Managing site documentation and reporting
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation on-site
- Proven experience in site management within civil engineering or construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
- Passion for delivering high-quality work and adding value to the business
- Work on unique and challenging projects in marine and coastal environments
