REED Business Support is supporting a well established organisation with the recruitment of an Executive PA on an ongoing temporary basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the CEO and the Executive Board
- Diary management
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Minute meetings, type up reports, follow up actions etc
- Process expense claims
- Arrange events both on and off site
- Email inbox management
- General admin duties
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Previous recent experience of supporting senior management up to board level
- Extremely organised and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage complex and confidential information with diplomacy and tact
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Competent user of IT, in particular Microsoft Office
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm – Hybrid working offered
SALARY
Up to £40,000 DOE
This role is urgently required so you will ideally have little to no notice.
