The successful candidate must be able to carry out high-quality work across a variety of trades, including painting, plastering & joinery. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable contractor in the region. The role includes general maintenance and repairs, including painting, plastering, and light plumbing tasks.You will be responsible for:* Carrying out high-quality multi-craft tasks across painting, plastering, joinery, and plumbing.* Painting: Preparing surfaces and applying emulsion to walls and ceilings.* Plastering: Performing basic plastering work and making good finishes.* Joinery: Carrying out general joinery tasks, including fitting doors and repairs.* Working independently and efficiently under site management instructions.To be considered for this role you must have:* Proven experience in painting, plastering, joinery, and plumbing.* Ability to complete work to a high standard with great attention to detail.* CSCS * Own tools essential.* References required from previous employers.If this role sounds like a good fit for you or if you'd like to discuss further, apply now!Please note: Only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
