I am looking for a Painter to work on behalf of a local North Shields based council.
The successful candidate will carry out painting in void council properties to a high standard. Work will include full wall repaints as well as touch up painting.
The Painter will receive:
- 17 - 18 P/H Umbrella or CIS
- Guaranteed long-term work
The successful candidate will be expected to complete:
- Painting in council properties to a high standard
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
We are really keen in speaking to anyone who has:
- City and Guilds or NVQ in painting and decorating
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Full UK Driving License
- Asbestos Awareness
