Your Role:
- Support teachers in delivering personalised learning plans.
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions.
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development.
- Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Track progress and liaise with staff, parents, and professionals.
What You Need:
- Experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or similar role.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
