The Company

Our client is a niche engineering company. To sustain their growth, they are looking to recruit and Internal Sales Office Manager.

The Role

  • Managing a small internal sales team.
  • Still being hands on also with customers.
  • Working with a diverse range of customers.
  • Driving orders and sales growth from current customer base.
  • Maximising revenue from the current clients.
  • Acting as an extension of the customer’s brands, understanding their unique needs.
  • Guiding customers on their requirements.
  • Working closely with the sales team and wider departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Will be static site based.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Ability to lead generate through the use of platforms and make pro-active phone calls to new customers.
  • Proficient numerical skills and ability to demonstrate job costing and pricing.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM.
