BMSL are a recruitment company specialising within the Construction, M&E, logistics and security sectors.

We are currently seeking a recruiter/labour manager for our extremely successful Newcastle office based near the Silverlink.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales/customer service
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure
• Confident with phone-based and face-to-face interaction

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in matching candidates with leading employers across the M&E Construction and logistic sectors. You'll be responsible for:

• Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
