We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a DRIVE-THRUproject commencing in January. The successful candidate will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities for the refurbishment works
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Ensure H&S compliance and maintain site documentation
- Monitor progress and report to the project lead
- Oversee quality control and resolve site issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial/refurb projects
- Strong understanding of construction H&S regulations
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
- Ability to manage teams and maintain a well-organised site
- Good communication and reporting skills
