Are you an experienced Desktop Support Engineer or EUC Specialist looking for your next contract?

We're seeking a proactive, hands-on engineer to join a busy team based onsite in Bacton. You'll play a key role in supporting IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring excellent end-user experiences across both office and offshore environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support, including basic repairs and hardware replacements.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, mobile apps, and secure mobile device setups
  • Set up and support AV systems, printers, and collaboration tools.
  • Deliver onsite and offshore IT support as part of project delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality service and meet customer SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in EUC or desktop support, ideally across multi-site environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicating with users at all levels.
  • Offshore experience desirable, but training provided.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence required.

Technical Skills

  • OS: Windows 10/11 & Windows Server
  • Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • Hardware: Replacing RAM, drives, batteries, and peripherals.
  • ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, TopDesk, N-Able, or similar.
  • Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with cloud & virtualisation technologies.
