We're working with a leading business in the UK agricultural sector who is seeking a skilled Sprayer Operative to join its team in North Norfolk.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering the opportunity to work with modern equipment in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role

You'll operate a self-propelled sprayer, delivering precise and timely applications of crop protection products and liquid fertilisers throughout Norfolk. Additional responsibilities may include haulm flailing, soil sampling, crop protection deliveries and potato fogging.

What You'll Need

  • PA1 and PA2 qualifications (or a willingness to complete these, training is available)
  • Experience operating farm machinery
  • A practical, adaptable approach to changing conditions
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Clear communication with colleagues and clients
