Project Co-Ordinator

As the Project Co-Ordinator you will be the supporting the Project Manager and the team whilst ensuring that the project tasks are met within guidelines throughout the lifecycle of projects, including coordination of resources, equipment, meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison between customers, account managers, and internal teams to support seamless project delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and project management assistance to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, communications, and progress tracking against key milestones.
  • Attend and document meetings throughout the project lifecycle
  • Follow up on meeting action items, gather feedback, and distribute outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the department manager to achieve project goals and meet performance KPIs.
  • Assist the Project Manager in conducting post-project reviews
  • Assist in onboarding and training junior team members under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in project support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in IT and project management tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and document management systems
  • Knowledge of operational procedures
