We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a successful and growing manufacturing business, for a Production Administratorto provide essential support to their busy Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, organised, and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and experienced in administration within a production or manufacturing setting.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling labour to meet production requirements

  • Assisting with the recruitment of factory personnel

  • Liaising closely with the HR team on people-related matters

  • Providing administrative support to the production department, including induction and training coordination

  • Collecting and reporting production data to aid business operations

What We’re Looking For:
  • Availability to work Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 6:00pm

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Confident IT user, particularly with Microsoft Excel

  • Numerate and analytical, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and trends in data

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
