The Role: You will be responsible for running a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
New builds and unregistered titles (desirable but not essential)

You’ll be supported by experienced legal secretaries and enjoy a collaborative team environment with good-quality work, not high-volume conveyancing.? What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor
Proven ability to independently manage a full caseload
Strong client care and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and confident using case management systems
