Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and supervising the cleaning of corridors, the canteen, offices, and restrooms to ensure high hygiene standards are met. You will lead the domestic cleaning team, enforcing cleaning procedures and hygiene practices in line with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the domestic cleaning team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all areas.
  • Ensure adherence to company-approved cleaning procedures and hygiene protocols.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Manage staff locker allocations and maintain an accurate record of assignments.
  • Oversee the provision of work overalls in partnership with our third-party supplier, ensuring garments are the correct size, clean, and meet company standards.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to ensure the cleaning team is fully compliant with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and attention to detail among team members.
