North Yorkshire Council is seeking experienced account managers to support their in-house team managing diverse accounts, including leisure venues and behavioral change campaigns.
The communications unit serves both internal and external customers, offering services such as media liaison, crisis management, and creative editorial production.
The role involves managing marketing campaigns, design, branding, video production, and social media governance.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 per year.

Our in-house team at North Yorkshire Council manage accounts ranging from leisure and cultural venues to behavioural change campaigns and destination marketing.

We also have a broad range of business clients working with us on everything from housing to highways construction.

We are looking for experienced account managers to support our internal team.

The communications unit provides a service on behalf of the council to customers internally and externally.

This includes media liaison and crisis management, creative editorial production and direction, media training, internal and external customer communications, consultations, marketing campaigns, design, branding, video production, social media training/governance and management, website training/governance/management.

The whole team plays a critical role in supporting North Yorkshire Councils clear focus on delivering channel shift supporting customers to interact and transact with us online.
