With recent expansion doubling both headcount and turnover, this new Production Manager role is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
Supporting production across 2-3 local sites, you’ll lead a team of around 30, drive process improvements, and ensure output, quality, and compliance targets are consistently met.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily manufacturing operations across multiple sites
- Leading and developing staff while maintaining a hands-on approach
- Driving production targets, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensuring quality control, compliance, and H&S standards are met
- Reporting directly to the Operations Director and contributing to senior meetings
- Supporting future growth with scalable processes and team development
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in food manufacturing at Production Manager or Supervisor level
- Proven leadership and people development skills
- A proactive, hands-on mindset - not afraid to step in when needed
- Solid understanding of production KPIs, health & safety, and quality processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
