Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and skills

We’re a fast-growing lighting solutions provider trusted by electrical wholesalers, contractors, and specifiers. Now, we're looking for a Lighting Coordinator to take the lead on shaping high-quality, technically sound proposals that help us win more work — and help our clients shine.

What You'll Do:

As our Lighting Projects Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin between sales, design, and suppliers. You’ll manage the full technical process:

• Translate project briefs into accurate lighting specs
• Coordinate lighting designs (Dialux/Relux)
• Ensure emergency lighting compliance (IS 3217 / BS 5266)
• Source products and negotiate lead times with suppliers
• Prepare professional quote packs that win trust and business
• Keep projects organised and on-track with clear version control
• Support sales by freeing them to focus on client success

• Experience in lighting, electrical wholesale, or construction estimating
• Working knowledge of commercial & emergency lighting standards
• Strong skills in organisation, communication, and technical coordination
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF tools
• Bonus: Experience with lighting design software, technical drawings, and quote/tender preparation
