We’re working exclusively with an exciting, fast-paced SME in the food manufacturing sector based in the Northallerton area, who are going through an ambitious growth plan and are now looking to bring a talented video content creator onto their journey.

What the Video Content Creator job involves

As a key part of the marketing and brand team, you’ll be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content that showcases the company’s products, people, and values. Your work will support campaigns across digital platforms including social media, websites, and YouTube.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, filming, and editing engaging video content in line with marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather stories and ideas worth telling.
  • Managing and organising digital media assets.
  • Bringing creativity and energy to a fast-moving team environment.

Skills required

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong videography and video editing skills.
  • Is proficient with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
  • Understands how to tailor content for different platforms (Websites, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Has a keen eye for storytelling, detail, and branding.
  • Works well under pressure and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 3 days per week).
  • All employees benefit from a quarterly 10% profit share bonus .
