We’re working with a respected independent firm based in Northamptonshire who are looking for an Audit Senior to join their growing practice. You’ll be managing audits from planning through to completion, supporting junior team members, and working closely with directors on client delivery and quality control.

What the role looks like:You’ll lead on audit assignments across a varied client base, managing work from planning through to final review by the RI. Alongside audit, you’ll oversee accounts preparation, tax returns, and client queries, with the support of junior staff and the wider team.

You’ll also get involved in training, internal process improvement, and helping shape a positive team culture - with the opportunity to develop towards Assistant Manager level in the near future.
