The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant on behalf of a specialist Manufacturing business with offices in Northampton.
The Role
As Financial Accountant you will support the UK and Europe Finance Teams with Key Financial Controls and Statutory Accounting. Day to day duties will consist of:
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements in line with UK GAAP (FRS 102
- Support preparation of consolidated group accounts to incorporate the US business.
- Cashflow management
- Prepare and submit UK VAT returns, EC sales lists, and Intrastat where applicable.
- Month end Reconciliations
- Balance sheet recs and reporting
- Team Management
Your Profile
You will be a Qualified Accountant ACA or ACCA either from Practice or with a number of years financial accounting experience from industry. Strong knowledge of UK Gaap and FRS102 is essential as is the ability to develop and improve existing processes and controls.

Role of Financial Accountant in Northamptonis paying £60-65K + Excellent Benefits and is working 5 Days a week in the office in Northampton with occasional flexibility.
