We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant on behalf of our client —a dynamic and forward-thinking company offering innovative solutions across the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and quoting support across UK and India divisions
- Process and update EDI forecasts in SAP, resolving issues such as phase-out or error parts
- Convert forecasts into sales orders and manage arrears for the upcoming week
- Generate and print packing lists for the Production and Dispatch teams
- Manage customer export documents and support customs clearance processes
- Assist the sales and purchasing teams with internal quotes and data entry
- Support with various IT tasks, internal reporting, and document filing
- Maintain the internal filing system and collate manufacturing information
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in administration or office support
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and demonstrate accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP (desirable)
- A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
