We are working exclusively with a Northampton based company looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for this busy and varied role. Working in this friendly, established business, you will report to the Service Manager duties include:
The Role
To support the Service Department with administration and customer service.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers - notifying customers of visits
- Raising jobs and call outs
- Setting up new customers and contracts. Requesting new customer forms where applicable
- Assisting service manager with customer reports
- Answering telephone - assisting customers/engineers with enquiries and re-directing calls to correct department/person where necessary
- Responsible for dept email inbox
- Saving reports to job/contract file and adding to system
- Sending copies of paperwork and dealing with emails with various customer queries.
- Assisting with any administration duties

The ideal candidate will highly organised and will need good PC skills and have excellent written & verbal communication skills as you will be liaising with both staff and clients to ensure the administration is delivered to a high level. Previous customer service and administration experience is essential.
Remuneration:
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week - Office based
Holidays: 23 days plus Statutory days
