- Supporting daily operational activities including managing emails and phone enquiries from customers, suppliers, and contractors
- Handling sensitive financial data, uploading invoices to Xero, reconciling bank transactions, and setting up planned payments
- Opening supplier/customer accounts on Xero and liaising with customers regarding unpaid invoices
- Coordinating job bookings, ordering materials, and managing site coordination such as permits and MOT bookings.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to projects, including data entry, updating client portals, and allocating PO numbers
- Liaising with contractors out on jobs and ensuring records such as risk assessments and H&S documentation are up to date.
- Managing incoming enquiries via a central phone line and company text message service
- Communicating with homeowners, tenants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
- Discreet and professional when handling financial and client information.
