I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded architectural practice who is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team in Northampton. The practice has a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and public sector projects and is known for its client-focused approach and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design to final delivery
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and team members
  • Produce high-quality design and technical drawings
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Qualified Architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience
  • ARB registered
  • Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Proficient in Revit (essential)
  • Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Northampton
