Core Hours: 0800-1700 but flexible between 0700-1800
Are you an experienced Architect Technical specialising in Commercial/Industrial building?
Interaction is recruiting for an Architect Technician for our client based in Northampton. Working for a company that design, supply and install all types of Roofing and Cladding systems to Commercial and Industrial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using CAD & Rivit.
Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations drawings.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Work on both large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant UK building regulations and industry standards.
Assist in project coordination from concept through to construction.
Key Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
Experience in Commercial and Industrial building projects.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
