A long-established and reputable architectural practice is seeking Architects to join their vibrant team in Northampton. With over 50 years of industry success, the firm works on a wide variety of projects across sectors such as logistics, education, hospitality, R&D, civic, leisure, residential, and more- with values ranging from 500k to over 200m. Daily Duties:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Create detailed drawings and technical designs independently or in teams
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues while retaining creative control
  • Ensure efficient project delivery using Revit (essential)
  • Use additional software like AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketch-Up, InDesign (desirable)

  • Qualified Architect with proven project-running experience
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Revit; additional software experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
